Shipping & Return Information
1. How long will it take for my order to ship out? Some orders may ship out the same day or next day provided it is not a special order item and it is in stock. We usually ship UPS ground or FEDEX which usually delivers in 4 to 5 business days. If you wish quicker service, please check the appropriate box at checkout.
2. What if I ordered the wrong size, can I return it? Yes, you can, but please follow the guidelines on our web page for determining size. You will be asked to contact us before you return the skates. Do so by emailing us at sales@myrollerskateworld.com and give us your full information. The items can only be returned with pre-authorization. You will be asked to pay for the cost of shipping both ways. All returned skates must be in their original boxes or they cannot be returned. Exchanges and returns must be initiated in 30 days after you receive the skates. 45 days are allowed for the December holidays.
If we made the mistake in the order, of course the cost of shipping, etc. will be on us.
Custom skate orders are not returnable either for refund or exchange.
All items must be UNUSED in order to be returned or exchanged.
3. Can you ship to a Post Office Box? Our shipping provider is UPS or FEDEX and they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please give us a physical address.
4. We ship to addresses in the U.S A. only.

Your satisfaction is our most important concern! But your skates cannot be used and MUST be in their original boxes and NO sign of wear.
If your order is incorrect and not as you ordered it, please email us at sales@myrollerskateworld.com so we may correct the error. If it was our mistake, we will fix it at no extra charge to you! You must contact us no later than 20 days after delivery.
Sometimes an item listed is currently not available. When that happens, it means that it is carried by one of our wholesalers and they don't have it currently in stock. When we find out this information, we will refund your money if that is what you want to do. We can not promise to provide a similar item at the same price unless the costs are similar.
You must email or call us for instructions BEFORE returning the skates. Your return can not be accepted without prior approval. Thank you for your cooperation.

EXCHANGES: Do you need to get a size larger? Smaller? Different skate? No problem! We'll try to make this as painless as possible:
Email us at sales@myrollerskateworld.com for instructions. Please don't ship anything back to us without letting us know. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges UNLESS there was a mistake with the order or a problem with the order, then we pay for it. Canadian and International customers must always pay for return shipping. Exchanges must be initiated in 30 days after you receive the skates. 45 days are allowed for the December holidays.

RETURNS: Do you need to return your new, unused skates? That's fine!
Email us at sales@myrollerskateworld.com for instructions. Do not ship anything back to us without letting us know. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If you received free shipping on the order, the price of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers must pay for the return shipping UNLESS their was a mistake with the order or a problem with the order, then we pay for it. Canadian and International customers must always pay for return shipping. Once we receive the item we will credit your card.
All exchanges and returns must be in unused, original condition with original packaging. Returns must be initiated in 30 days after you receive the skates. 45 days are allowed for the December holidays.
Please note that custom ordered skates can not be returned. These skates will state in the product description that "it is a custom ordered skate and can not be returned".
